New Monster JAVA Energy Drinks!
Posted on January 9th, 2008 by Blake under Energy Drink, Energy This, New Energy DrinksThis week we had our Monster Representative stop by our office and drop off 4 of their new products due out soon. He brought us three of the new Java products that included Chai Hai, Lo-Ball, and an Irish Blend, as well as their new Mixx’d product. So far we’ve only tried the new Chai Hai and it’s kind of hard to describe as to how it tastes. I think it’s going to be a great seller, especially for those people who like Chai Tea, but the new products in my opinion are going to sell like hot cakes. As I’ve said before, American’s are obsessed with two things, Coffee and Energy drinks. Monster has taken this concept and run with it making them the leader in Coffee Energy Drinks. Here’s a list of the Java Products Monster now has: Mean Bean, Loca Moca, Big Black, Chai Hai, Lo-Ball, Irish Blend, Russian, and Nut-Up.
It seems as though everyone is trying to get a piece of the Energy Drink craze so it will be interesting to see what other companies come out with.

I’m a huge fan of Monster Drinks, and wen they kicked out the Java version of their drink I didn’t think it was gonna be all that great. I was WAY WRONG! I actually like it better then any of the coffee drinks put out by Starbucks!
BTW just found your blog via Entrecard and this is a great idea for caffine freak like me!

I cannot believe they came out with more flavors. I just recently tried the Chai Hai tea flavor. Not a big fan. Taste similar to eggnog. But I can’t wait to try the rest.
Anyone else try any of these new ones??

I’ve found that the Russian, Irish, and Nut up, were wayyyyyyyyyyyy too sweet. I LOVED the low ball though, wasn’t too sweet, and with half the calories, hell yes.

When they first came out with java monster i thought it would taste like crap. but it did’nt
Monster Java rules! I just got back from the gas station and saw that they had Russian, Nut-up, Irish blend, and Lo-ball but no Chai-hai 
I only got the Russian and Irish blend and they were both awesome

Monster Java……..Coffee for men! I got to tell ya this stuff is unbelievable!!! I had only the Loca Moca, Black, and MEan Bean, all rediculous! Im tryin to cut back on caffein but not doin too well since I discovered these. Can only find them at a BP about 7 miles away and its worth the drive.

I tried the Irish Blend. Supposed to be Bailey\’s flavored, but I\’m not a huge fan of Bailey\’s. It was still good; delicious when compared to the Rockstar Roasted crap. Mean Bean is still my favorite, but I\’m going to have to try the Nut Up and Russian (what flavor is that supposed to be?).

Tried the Irish Cream Blend. It’s so good. I haven’t found any of the other flavors, except for the Loca Mocha and Mean Bean.
I Wanna try the chai next and the russian family.
Irish cream was so good I got myself a case ;]

I just purchased every new flavor but unfortunately can\’t drink them all at once. So far, I\’ve tried Lo-Ball, Nut-Up, and Mixxed-(Not Java but damn good). I don\’t have one complaint about any of these so far. Today, I\’m going to drink the Russian, Irish Blend and Chai Hai. Thank you Monster!

I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ve had all of them but the Lo-Ball. Each of the new entries has its good points. I particularly like the Nut Up. Not crazy about the Hai-Chai, but then I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’m not a big Chai tea fan anyway.

Great blog. I agree with the women above that say the lo-ball is an exceptional part of the Java Monster Family. It is my favorite Java, and I only drink the Lo-Ball now, if I can help it.
I’ve had Lo-Ball, Big Black, Mean Bean, Loca Moca, and the Irish Cream versions of Java Monster. The only one I wouldn’t drink again is the Irish Cream. It is, by far, the heaviest of them all, in my opinion.
A friend told me that the Russian tastes just like a White Russian bar drink.

We don\\\\\\\’t sell any Individual Monsters because then we\\\\\\\’d be competing with the local stores and the the cost to ship would be an addition. But you can probably find some of the Monster products at your local gas station.

ok, this is the greatest thing ive ever heard of! 5 new types of monster! ive already had the mixxed and it ROCKS! the javas are simply a gift of god and the energys are (in the famous words of Guiness) BRILLENT! cant wait to try them

I’ve only tried the Russian and I’m drinking a Chai-Hai right now and thats pretty good, but you can certainly taste the chai, though I suppose thats the deal…the Russian is amazing, I’d compare it to Kahlua, though with way less kick. I’ve only just seen all the new ones at one Mobile gas station, and only the Russian everywhere else. Can’t wait til they are all available everywhere

Ok i love monster love nearly all there products when i heard there was new java flavors i jumped for joy (not only because i love the 3 old java flavors but i am an energy drink can collector have lotts ….any who) i was able to purchase lo – ball and Chai hai Lo ball great!! Chai hai honestly not there best work i think chai hai needs to go back to the lab for a bit taste nothing like chai to me and i felt kinda sick after drinking the first half then for the rest i drowned it the rest of my lo ball and other coffee products But yea as much as id like to bash chai hai i have Irish Blend, Russian, and Nut-Up to buy

I LOVE the original 3 flavors, but I recently had the Irish Blend and the Russian and didn’t enjoy them at all. I understand the concept of trying to get them to taste like Kahlua and Bailey’s but they left a bad aftertaste and were too heavy for my liking. Nut up on the other hand, I really liked. I’d love to try Lo-ball but I haven’t seen it anywhere yet.

I was recently at a bagel shop in Arizona and came across the Chai Hai monster drink. I thought it was AMAZING and wanted to stock up on as many as I could. I’ve been looking around EVERYWHERE for them but I can’t find them! I hope they go into stores soon!

Hey everyone. I was interduced to Java Monster Sunday night! I am a coffee addict and need to go to meetings. JAVA monster is FANTASTIC!!! I have seen it on the shelf but too afraid to try it! I hate red bulls and was afraid that that is what it would taste like. NOPE!!! But can I ask a question? Does the other coffee drinks taste as good as this one? like coffee? I want to try it, but i am afraid that it might not be as good. I went yestersday to the gas station to get one and all i could find was the Starbucks version. NOT AS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Monster is WAYYYYYY BETTER!!!!! Thanks Monster Energy Drinks for making this Coffee Addict happier!!!! I wonder if they will sponser my racecar?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?

I absolutely LOVE the lo-ball- totally addicted. However, all the places I stop in the morning to get one are telling me they are gonna stop carrying them. What the HECK?? Are they gonna stop making them?? I hate making 3 stops on my way to work to find them. I mostly stop at Family Express (cuz thats all there is on my way to work). They say they are replacing it with Starbucks! Please, god, NO! Starbucks is NASTY!

Ye its hard to find, but we still carry it! Moster just changed the name a little bit, form “lo-ball” too “Vanilla Light”, but it still tastes the SAME!!!
